State Buildings, Properties and Monuments

The Department of Administrative Services is responsible for managing and maintaining approximately one-fifth of state-owned facilities, encompassing over 900 buildings at more than 70 sites across the state, including the Capitol Complex in Des Moines.

Vertical Infrastructure Program
