As of July 1, 2008, the four DAS customer councils are consolidated into one customer council for the purposes of overseeing all utility rates provided by DAS. Additionally, in an effort to further the customers’ role in the rate-setting process, the Department of Management will work in consultation with DAS regarding management and administration of the council. (For the new code language, please reference Senate File 2400, Division II, Sec. 29.)
