Contract Update: Volume Rebates Added to The Home Depot Retail Store Contract

Dear U.S. Communities Participating Agency,

Maricopa County, Arizona as the lead public agency for U.S. Communities awarded The Home Depot the Retail Maintenance Repair Operations ("MRO") contract in December 2005. Effective July 1st 2008 The Home Depot Retail Contract has been amended to include Volume Rebate Incentives for U.S. Communities Participating Public Agencies.

Volume Rebate Program

• Participating Public Agencies with annual net purchases of $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 will receive a 1% rebate
• Participating Public Agencies with annual net purchases over $100,000.00 will receive a 2% rebate
• All rebates will be paid annually
• Large individual purchases may be eligible for additional volume savings through the U.S. Communities Program
• For 2008 only, purchases for agencies registered and utilizing the U.S. Communities Home Depot contract on or before July 1, 2008 will be made retroactively eligible starting January 1, 2008
