General Services

The General Services Enterprise (GSE) maintain all Capitol Complex and Ankeny Laboratory buildings, grounds and monuments plus statewide architectural and engineering project management services for construction projects.

Additionally, GSE operates the state vehicle fleet, provides mail services to state agencies and manages the procurement activities for most executive branch agencies.
